    sustained Energy

What is the best supplement for sustained energy? Preferably something that isnt going to dehydrate me. I am a college student and my workouts are costing me a little bit too much of my much needed energy--ya know for the late nights and long days --I get plenty of sleep, just need something to keep me going all day long. Thanks in advance.

Jesus doesn't want me for a sunbeam. Sunbeams are not made like me.
