    Question CREATINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND PROTIEN

    I WAS WONDER GUYS IF I WANTED TO TAKE A SUPP. SUCH AS CELL-TECH AND ALSO TAKE PROTIEN, HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT BETWEEN THE TWO.OR WICH SHOULD I TAKE FIRST? I'AM ASKING BECUASE THAT I HEARD IF I TAKE CRETIANE AND PROTIEN AT THE SAME TIME THAT A HORMONE THE PROTIEN PRODUCES WILL HINDER THE EFFECTS OF THE CREATINE. IS THAT TRUE? I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE.

    Yes, I've also heard of something to that affect as well.
    I take my creatine right after my workout and then protien about 20 min after.

    You should also stay away from caffeen directly after takeing creatine.
