2 protein shakes a day too much?

Just wondering if you guys think 2 protein shakes a day is too much. I'm currently taking ISOpure zero carb, which has 50g of whey protein per shake.

    Thanks.

2 is good. It's what I take, and haven't had any problems with it. So drink up!

Depends On Your Goals And Body Weight. Whole Food High In Protien Is Idea But Shakes Are Easy.

when you guys say you have 2-4 shakes a day, do you mean seperate,
Like as in meal 5 or in conjuction with a meal?

Like I have whey in milk in the morning with my oatmeal.
    I don't count that though.
The only time I count it is the post workout shake.

Well all my shakes have 50-60g carbs in them from oats. except for post workout I have 80-100. And before bed i have none. and yes they count as a meal. MY meals are things like brown rice, white rice, wheat pasta, whole wheat bread, chicken, turkey, tuna, halibut, salmon, god, beef. And fruits and veggies. like broccoli, celery, tmotatoes, peas, green beans, corn and carrots, banana;s, grapes, strawberries, oranges, plums, pomegrants, pears, kiwi.

i have a meal replacement shake in the morning that includes whey protein, but i consider it more a meal than anything else - for actual protein shakes, i have one scoop of whey pre, and two scoops of whey post with dextrose.
