    New to stacking supplements

    Hello everyone, I would like to suggest a "stack" that I thought of and I would like your feedback on it and what I could add or take out from it. Also, how often and how much should I take these supplements. So here they are: BSN NO-Xplode, BSN Cellmass, and Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein. Thanks a lot!

    Not sure about stacking the WHEY.....but I do stack the Xlpode and Cellmass and have yet to see any results. ....in fairness, I've only been using them for about a week....and I heard the cellmass can take up to a month or more to see any results in the gym....the Xplode on the other hand...your suppose to feel that 5mins after you take it..

    On training days I take 2 scoops of Xplode pre-workout (30-45mins before workout...on empty stomach) and one scoop of Cellmass right after I'm done working out....then I have the WHEY shake ~20-25mins later. Non-training days I just take 1 scoop of Cellmass when I wake up. Hope that helps some.

    That help quite a bit, so I shouldn't add the 100% Whey Protein to the stack, or should I just take the Whey Protein separately? Also, I forgot to mention that I was going to take GNC Mega Men multi-vitamin daily. Thanks!

    I take the same Multi as well twice a day. Well, if you don't feel anything with the Xplode I suggest either taking the WHEY 15 mins before or after taking the Xplode...might help you. As far as the WHEY goes, I usually make a shake with 8oz of skim milk 2 scoops of whey and either 1/2 cup of oats in it or a banana...and drink half the shake before working out and the other half after...work for me...lol

    Edit: On a side-note, many feel that before you workout you should have fueled your body with enough carbs, proteins, and such for the task at hand....that's why I say take the Xplode ~45mins before working out...then have your pre-workout meal....the Xplode was technically taken on an empty stomach,...so having the meal 15-20mins later would be if anything putting the food on top of the Xplode.....which should already be working...

    CEE has a better theory behind it. I discovered here when I was dieitng down for a contest and had to rid myself of excess carbs. It doesnt use the high GI indexed carbs that the regular mono does. It passes right through the gut and it does its job.

    both you guys might benefit from using v12 turbo. I used that after my show and the gains were steady. dont expect huge mass gains. Only thing thats going to do that is juice.

    I used to stack ass loads of supps.

    I always take this coctail year round(except creatine and aakg 12 weeks on)

    glutamine: 5g 4 times a day
    taurine: 3g 4 times a day
    aakg: 3-4g 4 times a day
    creatine: 5g 2 times a day
    bcaa powder: 10g 4 times a day

    good shit, tastes like a bad date but hey. lol

    i have stacked nitrix,noxplode, and cellmass. did very well, and the protein i do most is optimum 100% whey.

    try this

    cee: 5g 2x/day pre/post
    glutamine: 5g 3x/day pre/post/bed
    aakg powder: 3g 3x/day pre/post/bed

    Ok, and this may be a dumb question, but which whey protein should I buy on that site you showed me? Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Protein Isolate, or Whey Protein Blends?

    depending on your $$$ situ, I'd get ither the Whey Protein Concentrate or the blend. I have used both with strong succes.

    optimum nutrition 100 percent whey is good. also i have tried glycerlean and designer whey by designer proteins, also nitrotech which is over rated and over priced.

    You really have a lot to learn. without being insulting, you need to back off the designer labels and start bargain hunting. I probably pay for 25 lbs of protein wwhat you pay for in 5-10 lbs servings. btw-glycerlean is shit. Try micellar from allthewhey

    kewl, i mean i buy 100percent by on, in the 10lb bag, for 47.00. this isnt good. i eman i like the taste. but cheaper is better? gimme a good list of what is better.

    Yeah, I'm trying to save more on my proteins. I'm planning to get Cottage cheese to replace my night protein shake and save some $$$ and I'm looking for a cheap fat free protein powder, so I can add some Dextrose and Maltodextrin for my post w/o shake.

    NO-Xplode, Cell-Mass and ON's 100% Whey are good products But if you can, get bulk creatine, arginine, taurine, citrulline malate, stuff like that and save money and you'll get the same or better results.

    So, I am hearing that I should get cheaper stuff, and that CEE and Whey Protein Concentrate are as good as the name brands right? Also, how should I stack this specifically? Also, I read on another thread that a product with CEE in it called VNS-Jacked is working well for some. Should I consider that or just the plain old CEE that I was shown? Thanks

    Honestly, I've tried a lot of stuff, some worked, some didn't. If you want and can afford it, give it a try, but if you're tight, just get some CEE (I use DiCreatine malate), taurine and citrulline malate from www.bulknutrition.com or www.customnutritionwarehouse.com

    The CEE, Taurine and Citrulline, you can take a teaspoon of each 30 min before working out, then you can also get some Dextrose and/or Maltodextrin (Those are fast absorbing carbs) add it to the whey protein and drink it after w/o. You can take up to 3 shakes per day, depending on your goal.

    Alright, I'll start out with the CEE and Whey Protein first. However, does the Whey Protein keep you up at night, since I usually work out like 2 hours before I go to bed. Thanks

    for night time protein, the only thing I usually use is either Muscle Milk or micellar with some fish oils (like 5 grams)

    get the bulknutrition brand they do the same shit. Save the money. Look, I'm 38 years old and have beens scammed before by a lot of bullshit product. Ask Tough Old Man. He's seen a lot of that shit before too. Especially in the 80s. The stuff they made was so funny in the claims. Really, the only true product to come along that really made a difference in me were muscle jack, whey, micellar and CEE.

    I would recommend starting out with a multivitamin, whey protein, and creatine. Creatine Monohydrate is the only form of creatine that has numerous, hard studies behind it, and is also the cheapest form of creatine. However, a lot of members swear by CEE, even though I do not consider it a big deal (I have been using it for about 8 months now). The most important thing to focus on would be your diet. Supplements will only help you so much.
