....in fairness, I've only been using them for about a week....and I heard the cellmass can take up to a month or more to see any results in the gym....the Xplode on the other hand...your suppose to feel that 5mins after you take it..
On training days I take 2 scoops of Xplode pre-workout (30-45mins before workout...on empty stomach) and one scoop of Cellmass right after I'm done working out....then I have the WHEY shake ~20-25mins later. Non-training days I just take 1 scoop of Cellmass when I wake up. Hope that helps some.![]()
