    WheyProtien vs Creatine

    Im new to weight lifting. I was looking at wheyprotein and creatine and relized that I dont now the differences in the 2.
    I was wondering what the pros and cons of the 2?

    Well protein is an excellent way to supplement your det. And creatine is an advancement to be used after the other is in place. Say you eat 3-5 whole food meals a day, drink 2-3 additional protein shakes. creatine can be cycled and used for gaining strength and weight. 5-7 pounds in 2-3 weeks. not pure muscle but sure beats nothing.
