i was just wondering if any one has ever used stenandiol. If so what are the pros and cons? One other question, does anyone know roughly how steak and meat are measured far as protien to pounds.

I think this link can help you with your protein ?, as far as the stenandiol, I don't think that any oral prohormones are very effective.
