How is this multivitamin?

It seems very cost affective, 10.00 for 30 days. Is this a good multivitamin, or is the quality not as good?

Go to walmart and get workout packs. Or if you can go on the net. and order a can of animal pak. It is 44 paks, do 44 days worth for about 17.00. good product. I use 2 paks a day.
