Casein & Whey Times of day.

Alright I know this has been mentioned a million times - just not doing well with the search so I got a simple question.

I recently picked up some casein protein and have an a lot of whey sitting around. I have previously taken whey with oats and peanut butter to slow absorbtion and just made shakes as I feel I need protein but I was looking for what times of day I should take the casein (day or night?). Also I'm making the assumption that I will now only use the whey immediatly after workout. Just need someone to fill me in.

    Thanks

Is true that whey binds to casein making whey a slow absorbed protein? I think Emma said something like if you mix whey with milk it will bind to the casein in milk.

I too only use casein as a bedtime meal ($). Whey is good post workout and as extra calories throughout the day if you need it to balance your macros.
