Cardio and Altered Resting heart Rate while on ECY

    Hi all,
Don't know if this question belongs here or elsewhere...
I'm very careful to stay within a "fat burning" heart rate zone for cardio, however I started an ECY stack about 1 1/2 weeks ago. Expectedly, I hardly have to "work" to maintain my goal zone based on my resting heart rate prior to taking a stack (BTW this is my first time using one and I'm seeing great results already) Question is, should I use my resting heart rate while "on" this stack as my new resting heart rate (which is still only in the 80's on this stuff, normally very low), thus changing my zone? Not sure what to do on this one. Some info: obviously i'm cutting, i'm female & approx. 24% bf. BTW, thanks for the welcome by those who responded to my intro post and thanks in advance for any help here.

ditch all concepts of "fat burning zone". you need to get your diet NAILED DOWN COMPLETELY, be doing about 30-45 mins of cardio (do it as hard/fast as you can to last this long, you want to be exhausted at the end) at least 4 times a week, and be lifting weights 3-4 times a week.
