I've been working out for about 10 months now, and I have seen some very nice gains in that time. In that time, the only supplements that I have used has been whey protein, and a more protein rich diet. Lately I've been reading up on creatine and noticed a lot of people using it at the gym. My only concern with it has been possibly long-term effects from it. My question is, does creatine really make that much of a difference? And what do you all think of any long-term effects?
