Well... If you don't like the healthy options Foreman posted you could always go with the ole, "Supersize me" diet. I here there's a documentary out that PROOVES this to be a guaranteed way to gain weight.

Eat a mass of healthy foods. Theres nothing that can give a "Super gain" than that. Stop being ignorant and just eat real foods.

There are no "easy" alternatives to gain weight or muscle mass.

A weight gainer is a supplement, so supplements are just that. They supplement an already perfect thing. Get your training, and eating down, then go to this or creatine or other things.

130 pounds, wow I remember 7th grade. lol kidding

    150-200 grams protein a day
    325-425g carbs a day

you must turn eating in to a job. no it is not fun. it sucks a lot of the time, but that is what is required. eat eat and eat some more. bring snacks with you wherever you go. there is no magic shake that will do it for you.

There is no point in taking a weight gainer. Just eat frequently. No such thing as fast results. Well, no safe way of fast results, especially at your age. Just commit.
