    Tolerance Mapping

    Does anybody think tolerance mapping is important, or do you just start with the reccomened dose?

    I would kinda assume that the recommended dosage isn't going to be anything harmful. Otherwise they may get sued!

    Not really. I'll take half the recommended dose the day I get the stuff to see if my eyes are going to bleed. If not I move on to the recommended dosage.

    That is a form of tolerance mapping. While not conventional, you are still uses the basic principles, so you should have voted yes...
