I resently started a new job...and the only break I get is lunch....so that means after breakfast the next meal i can only have is lunch...so I was wonderin if there was something i could mix and put it in a thermos or something you know to make up fo the lost meals. I'm trying to gain weight so this is very important.Any suggestions?
I eat rice about 2 times a day almost everyday...so my carbs are pretty well covered.Come on ther's gotta be something

That doesn't sound bad at all. Except for the high sugar content in the weight gainer.
If you have access to a microwave at work, its a piece of cake. Use those small gladware bowls and pack stuff to work with you. Rice, chicken, sandwiches, fruit, granola bars, and protein powder to mix when you're at work. Prolab has a really good MRP, I love the Oatmeal flavor. Check out the stats on it. I work at a bar and don't get any breaks during my shifts (up to 6 hours long), they're a good source of energy in a pinch.
