    Russian Bear 5000 ?

My brother was telling me last night that this stuff called Russian Bear 5000 worked for him to gain weight which he later turned into muscle. I am a very skinny guy and I have tried quite a few diets with no sucess. I am going to boot camp in June and I want to make sure that I am ready for it. So I want to start a workout routine agian and I was wondering if any of you guys have tried this stuff. I don't mind paying the $20 for it, I just want to make sure that it isnt going to kill me or something.

Increase your calories with high protein foods, consume 1 - 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

As far as supps get a whey protein powder and some creatine. Forget that russian bear shit, you gain weight by increasing calories.

Go to the training forum for workouts and training advice, and to the diet/nutrition forum for more diet advice and how to gain weight.
