Its not about either or, bro cause you can use either one.

Muslce Milk is calorie dense, but it is not as calorie dense as as weight gainers.

Weight gainers are more calorie dense than Muscle Milk, but those calories are not as clean and optimal as the ones in Muscle Milk.

Most gainers are sugar based and have fillers. IE; empty calories.

You and I are in the same boat because Ive been looking for something that packs the same punches as weight gainers and Muscle Milk. HOWEVER, I cant hang with a shake that is thick as mud because that kills my appetite. That was the main problem.

Ive found two so far: ON's Pro Complex Pro Gainer and MHP Up Your Mass. Both are high in calories, high in protein, and are not super thick that they ruin your appetite for the next meal. Hope that helps.

Muscle Milk seems solid! A weight gainer can be loaded with crap.

Which is why I recommended Pro Gainer and Up Your Mass. Those two are solid weight gainers that are very well balanced. No crap that I could see. Foer being weight gainers, they sure give you a damned decent dose of protein with each serving, which most weight gainers dont.

Thanks for that lonk, bro, but they dont carry Pro Gainer as of yet. Bulknitrition does carry it, and its a hell of a damned good deal there.

HDT Solid Gains is a great Gainer. High carb, protein, and cals with very little sugar. Most weight gainers are loaded with garbage cals.
But when you disarm them, you at once offend them by showing that you distrust them, either for cowardice or for want of loyalty, and either of these opinions breeds hatred against you.

    Muscle Milk hands down

Muslce milk - best tasting, anabolic compounds, high quality protein - wins hands down. Also muscle milk has some fat in it which your body needs to make muscle. Some of the supplemental proteins are actually too lean to be effective in building muscle.
