Just about to finish a bottle of NoXplode..take a break now?
Well I am just about finishing a jar of NoXplode after a bit more than a month. It recommends 2-3 plastic scoops per 12 oz serving of water. However, I have always been paranoid about any of these products and have been happily taking only 1 scoop per serving to play it safe. I always get a nice boost of energy by taking it, nice strength gains and recovery is good for me. Now what im worried about now is if I should/need to take a break after I finish this bottle or can I go ahead and start another. I am new to this and older age (38) so I am freaked out that I may be damaging some part of my body by taking this stuff. I have no noticable side affects, although perhaps I may have some bathroom irregularities that require me to urinate more often than I remember. I am getting older so its very possible the noxplode has nothing to do with that anyways.
If i can go ahead and take another bottle right away is it ok to couple that with the product called Cell Mass that seems to compliment NoXplode? Anyone have any experiences or have info that i should be aware of?
NOTE: Everyone i have spoken to has no idea or can clearly answer if you need to take a break from buying another jar of this stuff or its entirely ok to start on another. Even the directions on the back of the jar dont mention a thing about taking a break from this product or any dangers of prolonged use.
Well Im 40 and I loved my No Xplode. I really dont even want to consider anything else and Ive tried just about everything, although Im about to try Aerobitine for one bottle.
Yes, you can keep taking it without a break after one bottle, but its always a good idea to take some kind of break after two bottles. Yes you can also combine that with CellMass or anything else you'd like. Im currently combining it with Gaspari's SizeOn and so far so good, but I think I will switch to CellMass or something else by BSN. And I was never a BSN fan before this, lemme tell ya. I take my Xplode pre workout and SizeOn during and after.

It did to me too. Especially considering that Id once tried three bottles of BSN's Nitrix and got zilch. I absolutely hated that company.
But it worked. I swear by it. I ALMOST dont even want to try Aerobitine. But Aerobitine is made by Victor Conte and all his shit works. Plus its cheaper. But damn I dont even want to think about not training without Xplode.
I guess my body just didn't respond to it. I took it for about a month and only experienced shitting it out after taking it and it not doing anything for me...not even getting me energized from the caffeine...maybe I was looking for something else to happen or something...
I took 1 scoop for a couple of days then did the 2 a day pre-workout...and still nothing....if it works for you man I wouldn't see why you should quit using it...if you got the money for it...

I'll tell ya, for some reason some people that dont respond to Xplode respond to Gaspari's Superpump250. Those who dont respond to THAT respond to Xplode. Me, I got a half bottle of SP250 from my cousin and all I got was the shits. Bad too. That didnt happen with Xplode. Thats also another thing, people that got the shits with the one didnt get them with the other. Ive been following lots of boards and supplement feedback sites just to see what was up with both and thats pretty much the scenario I got.
So maybe you should try SP250. IF you want to that is.
I have the money for Xplode, but that doesnt mean I like to spend it. If I get the same from Conte's stuff, I aint goin back.

for the original poster, you'll be fine and recieve no side effects by taking it year round.
i don't take no-xplode, but i do take creatine, and i rarely go off and when i do it'll be for a long weekend, or a weeks vacation or something of that sort.
creatine is the safest, most proven supplement on the market. use it.

IDK, Noxplode has some good ingredients, but I doubt they are dosed properly. I stand by BN's bulk powders.
