    More bad ON whey...

One time in the last 6 months I had a bad batch of a 5lb ON whey from BN.com. It was just really stale and people on this forum recommended I mention it to BN. They replaced it no prob. Anyway, I recently bought the remaining 8lbs of a 10lb ON bag from a guy on my floor who ordered it off BN. It was the first time he had ON and he didn't like it.. now that I bought it from him i can tell why. It tastes different than usual and mixes HORRIBLY.

Anyone else having issues like this? I feel bad to think about complaining to BN again, because I really like BN and I don't see it as being their fault.. but what do I do with 8bs of whey that tastes like crap and won't mix. I hate choking on chunks of chocolate.

Well that's the thing.. I'm not even saying you shouldn't.. BN has great service, and ON whey is usually really good... but somehow I've gotten bad whey twice.

Drew, perhaps the guy you bought the 8 lbs for did not properly store the protein. How long had he had it for?

Yeah, even though they are the competition, I have ALWAYS heard great things. My personal opinion is that you should always voice your concerns and give the company a chance to make good on it.

    Just my two cents worth.

Nah... he lives right next door to me. I'm in there all the time weighing myself. He didn't have it near any heat or anything. He only had it a couple weeks before I bought it from him and he was complaining about it almost the whole time that I remember. I just bought it cuz he sold all 8lbs for like 15 bucks.

You could also contact ON and provide the batch number on the tub. Might have been a tainted batch.

it could be that BN bought a huge order of ON protein to get a better price and it got old. Check the experation date on the bottle. If the protein is old call BN if not contact ON and tell them - they should comp you.
