try using Zenalean Pro -it has ephedra in it so it works - it also has all the other good fat burning supplements like caffeine, green tea extract, bitter orange extract and more
First of all, I found out exactly the word they use to describe people like me. "Skinny/Fat". I am interested in using fat burner pills. What would you recommend? I want to give it a try. I am consuming 6 meals a day and nothing is disappearing aroundmy wasit or anywhere else. Do the pills work when eating 6 meals a day?
Here's a website of a variety of pills. What would you recommend?

You don't need to cut down on cals or anything in order for this stuff to work do you? Can I still gain weight and cut fat using this stuff?
Diet pills aren't miracle pills. They require you to work.
You're gonna have to cut cals and up your cardio. I assume you are lifting weights as well, right?

lipo 6. It's supposed to work really good with sesamin but I've never tried it.
lipo6, lean fuel extreme, Zenalean Pro...are any of these better than a good ole ECA stack?
No listen. Yes I am lifting weights. I am 145 lbs but I have a lot of tummy fat. I want to lose it. I am trying to gain weight since I am small right now, but doing so will not make me lose any tummy fat. Nothing is working. The pills are my last resort which I am at right now.

Cardio in the moring, empty stomach. That's the best fat burner!

Once you build more muscle, it will eat away at those fat stores...
Right now, if you want to lose, you should hit some high-intensity cardio...

So will pills help me at all in the stage I am in right now? I've been lifting since September, so it's not like i've just entirely begun.
How tall? How old? What does your diet look like? What does your workout plan look like? Are you taking supplements?
19 years of age. 5"8', I workout 5 times a week and I eat healthy.
as mentioned above. there is no miracle pill. Any fatburners will just assist you in losing the fat. You can't just pop a couple pills and expect to start losing fat without modifying your training or diet. You are just gonna have to watch your diet. Keep cals slightly below maintenance, work out hard and do cardio.
Lean System 7, Lipovarin, and Hydroxycut have worked for me b4 (one at a time tho!!! lol). Cardio and weight training. Slowly increase the weights over a period of weeks. Have a protein shake after you work out. Make sure its a low sugar and low carb one. Genaraly cut down on sugar, carb and fat intake in diet. Increase lean protein intake...chicken, fish, egg whites, low fat milk, ect. Get some liquid L-carnitine to include with you diet. I noticed I shredded fat but I havent actualy lost much weight since I been doing weights. But definitely more definition. what have u tried? any tips?
Get diet and check in order, then don't go crazy with supplements. Fish Oil, Green Tea Extract, and maybe some things that are targeted for skinny-fat type like Lean Xtreme and a low-dose aromatase inhibitor like 6-OXO or Rebound XT. Once that's in order, something like SesaThin to work with the fish oil is a good idea, but no supplement will really help until you get on a good diet and sound training.
Take things slowly. Don't expect to lose weight too quickly; that kind of dieting probably helped get you where you are today, without a lot of muscle mass. Just eat healthily, train 3-4 days a week, stay active, and work on the basics.

I think MonkeyMan hit it right on the head.
I don't get why so many people want to achieve everything at the same time, such as smaller lovehandles and bigger biceps simultaneously, when losing fat, as a rule, requires a calorie deficit and gaining muscle requires a calorie surplus. no wonder people get frustrated when they have simultaneous and mutually antagonistic goals.
