    too long to recover

I'm having problems after going to the gym with my muscles aching for so long, not allowing me to go back to the gym as often as i need. It's not the pain thats the problem but i simlpy cannot achive my weights for around 4-5 days after a good workout.

Is any1 aware of a productout there that will help me recover faster so i can get back to the gym??

well I guess it depends on how long you have been training. If you are fairly new to weight training this is a common problem and I promise your body will become more efficent.

With that siad I've always felt that creatine products help increase my recovery time. There are a lot of popular creatine products out there you can do a simple search of the forum to decide what you want to go with.

Only training each bodypart once a week is a very common method.
