    Question about Amino Fuel 1000

I bought a bottle of Amino Fuel 1000, wasn't able to find a whole lot about it except general information, but I just wanted to know what you all know about it, I was told that over the long-run, it does promote good muscle growth and strength, but just wanted to know what others thought.

I think it is a waste of money, you're better off buying whey protein powder.

Really? The whey protein powder has all the amino acids that are contained in the tablets? I heard the amino acids along with the whey protein are good supplements to your diet.

of course, it does. if your protein intake is high there is no need to supplement with an amino acid tablet.
