I've tried CytoGainer and it's pretty good. I made good gains and it's not loaded with crap like many others gainers, also it contains creatine. I tried cookies n cream

There aint no beatin Cytogainer. Out of all the gainers I have tried, the Cytogainer is by far the best, hands down. I too most like the Cookies & Cream.
I couldnt recommend it enough. Go for it.

ok so cytogainer is more for GAINING weight and MASS muscle correct? just checking because @ cytosport.com they kinda contradict themselves...

"Cyto Gainer is a calorically dense, easy-to-digest lean muscle maximizing formula.

    Benefits of using Cyto Gainer:
Combined with a serious strength training regimen and a sensible, healthy diet, you will notice immediate gains in muscle mass and bodyweight when supplementing with Cyto Gainer."

cytogainer = more muscle mass/protein shake

and muscle milk... contains protein, but then it activates your bodys own creatine that it produces, with lean lipids to help out your metabolism, and helps with muscle growth and repair.

muscle milk = more of a recovery drink/fat burning shake

correct me if im wrong, im just trying to do my research before i go dumping my money into a product that will not help me reach my goals

edit: looks like after searching, i will also be ordering a tub of swole v2. which of the two (cytogainer or muscle milk) would yall suggest to be a better combo with the swole?

    tia guys

Well, one thing is what companies claim and another thing is waht actually the product does. I tried Cytogainer and I gained weight (muscle/fat), but not as much fat as I gained with ON's Serious Mass. If you use one shake post w/o and one like in the morning, you should be fine.

    I started about dec-10 2005 weighing about 125 at 5'10 (im a rail). Now I weight about 136ish.

    My deit is awful

Ive used cyto gainer before and after work outs and I drink muscle milk before I goto bed.

I really enjoy it, cookies and cream was okay but rocky road is the best so far because it isn't grainy. Also DO NOT i repeat DO NOT get strawberry, It would make me gag, worst taste ever.
