Looking for supplement advice & recommendations

I usually run on a treadmill for about 1-2 hours/day 5 days a week either in the morning or after work and some endurance lifting 3 days a week. It wasn't until recently that a suggestion was passed to me about taking a multivitamin before my workouts as well as consuming whey protein with my meals to maintain my bodys needs. As far as that goes, I'm completely lost in the supplement department.

Anyway, what I'm looking for are recommendations for a brand & type of multivitamin(if there are various kids) that will fit my needs. As for the whey protein, all I know is that they are mixed into shakes but are there any pill versions I can just pop along with a meal? Because I work from 9-6 and the meals I eat during that time leave me no room for fixing a shake hence the pill solution. If there's anything missing or if you got advice on this feel free to bring it up. Thanks in advance

    IMO The fundamental supplements are:

    - Multivitamin - I use the Nature Made brand.
    - Fish Oil
    - Creatine
    - Whey protein ( a good blend of concentrate and isolate)
    - Casein for night time use. Although cottage cheese is also popular for this task.

I use Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men as my multi.

I don't believe there are any protein pills out there. Why not get a shaker bottle and dump a scoop or two of whey protein powder in it, bring it to work, then when you're ready to drink it, add water and shake? Some people even use powdered milk so they can bring along milk with them without having to have to carry a big jug.
