    Weird schedule...

On monday night i wake up late due to working the previous night, and have to wake up early tuesday. For example I'll wake up at 11am and I have to go to sleep by 10-11pm to get a decent amount of sleep. I find it almost impossible to get enough sleep on these nights. I usually get 6 hours, and take a 30 min nap after class. Is there anything I can take to fall asleep fast? I've tried 3mg melatonin, and it really helps, but I feel soo drowsy the next day. Anything else I can try? I was thinking about trying the 1mg and see how I feel...Any other ideas?

You could try 5-HTP or Valerian.
