Reply With Quotei experienced similar customer service, but after a couple of months the goods finally arrived, AG-guys got an order to me in about a week, which isn't bad seeing i'm in the UK, communication was also spot on so i'd advise giving them a go instead

Well, i had the same problem with you, i give them a phone call and everything was solved, i got an e-mail with a tracking number, just one call solved everything.
I know they don't answer e-mails, but with the low price that they offer, i can accept that.
