my question is i see it says you should take it twice daily, with 12 hours inbetween dosages? how is everyone else using swole? im take my muscle milk first thing in the morning, after weights, then shortly before i goto sleep.
i plan on taking the swole 30 mins prior to weights, but when else? or would once a day be ok? or maybe instead of one serving, double up on the serving? and less of a serving on off days?
just incase my schedule is basicly up @ 7, and im normally working anywhere up until 3-5. lift as soon as i get off work 4-6.

I used to take it only once before w/o and I had good results. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to complicate things.
