    Question Whey protein question

I just started taking whey protein last week, and i have a few questions about it. When i started taking it i noticed that my stomach feels empty a lot more than normall, and i feel hungry alot. Has this happened to anyone? Is there a certain amount of food i should eat since i started taking Whey Protein? Is it ok if i mix whey protein in a smoothie with bananas, strawberries, and other fruits?

Whey is digested farly quickly. If you mix it with oats and a small amount of EFAs you'll slow gastric emptying.
