Mind if I ask why? And what led you to believe its ok to just buy all that stuff when you didnt know anything about it, much less when and how to take it. Are you even ready for supplements of that nature? Cause if you're not, you just wasted a ton of money. Id buy them from you but I dont know you. Lemme guess, though........you got all that at GNC. Right?

I haven't used any of those things(except for protein and a multi). However, doesn't it say on the containers how to use the product? As far as the protein goes, it is usually supplemented before and after a workout(especially after). It should say on the multivitamin how to take it. I couldn't tell you because it depends on what kind you take.

you gotta understand you will get responses such as you have until you become a little more educated on the subject first. people who have been in this lifestyle a while (and there are a lot of really good ones here) obviously get frustrated when almost every single new poster gets on here and asks the same questions over and over again. He is right in that it doesnt make sense to spend money on supplements when you dont even know what each one does or what they are good for. do the research first then when you are ready make a purchase. its the same old syndrome over and over again when someone says "to get big and ripped i need to spend $100 on supplements right off the bat." thats simply not true. supplements are just that, supplemental to a good diet and excercise program. once you get those two in order then you will by then be ready and knowlegeable enough to use supplements. and dont ever purchase at GNC or by muscletech products. you deserve any hammering you get if thats what and where you spend your money. there are a lot better and cheaper products out there if you look. and please dont ask me to post the sites, do a quick search because each one has been posted a million times in other threads on this very subject.

Nice speech. BTW I don't need you telling me to become "more educated". I've seen kids fork out loads of money on supplements and train horribley but it is all along the path of enlightenment. Some kids just travel it faster than others. I am saying most people probably start out as he does. No need to get upset at someone just because they don't know as much as you do. I for one choose not to become upset, this doesn't mean I am not "educated" about it, it means I choose not to flip out on someone because they know less about it than I do. Everyone at one point knew nothing about supplements and whatnot, even if they are very knowledgeable about it now. There is no rational reason to become frustrated, it isn't helping anyone. It it alot more effective when one tries to help someone when they aren't antagonistic. It just makes the other person feel like shit. It might be hard to be honest and not sound like a dick but with some skills it is very possible.

Hey bro, read the labels, read around on here. Why buy when u know nothing. That is like someone buying a transmission for their car and not knowing what to do.

Ok, lets back up here a minute.

I was not frustrated with sonnysux (and Im not saying that any of you said I was), but I can see where that may have looked to be the case. I asked very pertinent questions because I see a lot of newbs do the same thing. Coincidentaly, its the same thing I did as a newb. Newbs are kinda close to my heart, for that reason, and I do like to ask specific and pertinent questions because thats how I learned best. I learned nothing when someone tiptoed me through something I didnt know about. I learned when I myself was in turn asked when, where, how, how much, and why. That and most of the time - MOST of the time - newbs get suckered into what they dont need at supplement stores. Plain and simple.

This gentleman here needs to understand that while he does have good supplements, he may indeed not be ready for all that. That and the fact that he COULD have been sold something that might be hurtfull to him. That fact was plainly pointed out when he admitted that he knew nothing about what he bought and he was intending to put them in his body. Yes, he got good supps, but he could very well have been sold something by Muscletech . Perish the thought.......

So yes, Id like to help him and I will. But first Id like to know who and what Im helping. he may indeed not be ready for all that if he has never taken a supp and he is entirely brand new. If he's new, all of you here know he is going to experience newbie gains. So if he takes that stuff and he is entirely new, how will he know what made the gains? See, I dont know any of that, so I have to ask. Theres a method to my madness

Indeed, it would not be good to take several supplements all at once if you have never taken any.

Ahhhh..........good to hear then. But why did you say........oh, NM. Here goes.

Nitrix is basicaly a cell volumizer. Now just remember that and stick with me here........Ive taken Nitrix before and so have a lot of good bros I know. None of use got anything from it at all. We used it for about two or three bottles on average. And yes, we took it as directed with plenty of water, yadda yadda yadda. It also got pretty much horrible reviews on sites that post reviews. Some people liked it but the majority got nothing. Now, having said that, someone at another board mentioned that BSN was going to re-do that supplement to make it more effective. I dont know how true that is/was but all of a sudden its selling good and getting better reviews.

Axis is a testosterone booster. Remember that one also and stay with me...

Frankly, I dont think anyone can benefit from the use of test boosters to their maximum level if they are under the age of 40. Maybe 30. Before those ages, most people's test is already running pretty high. Spending 40 bucks a month to increase it by a teeny tiney level is not worth it to me.

So, in closing, I think that you can do just as good by simply taking Xplode and Cellmass together. Forget Axis and Nitrix because both Xplode and Cellmass will give you great gains by themselves. If - IF - anyone can get any more results from using that whole stack, I highly doubt its going to be to a greatly noticeable level. In other words, its not worth the extra exepense for the extra MINISCULE results when two of that stack will yield you great results already.

Personaly no, I dont think you will benefit very much by taking all that stuff. I honestly think you will gain just as much with what I said. Sell the other stuff or get your money back for it. Maybe trade it in on some good protein powder because I know you will definately need that.
