    Try this.

creatine 5g 2 times a day (pre/post workout on lifting days)
glutamine 5g 4 times a day (bed, pre, post, wake)
amino acid powder 10g 3 times a day (post workout, bed, wake)

    drink plenty of water.

    try this for 8 weeks

Lift, do these supps, drink tons of water, and get 7-9 hours of sleep a night, plus lots of red meat, and white rice, and potatoes when you are bulking, or chicken, turkey, tuna, brown rice, whole wheat breads. and cardio to cut.
