    Angry No-Xplode problem

Hey guys, i started taking NO-Xplode 4 days ago..i started with 2 scoops and about 12-16 fl oz of water 30min b4 workout for the first 3 days...i felt more awake and whatnot, but when i came to the gym to hit my workout i felt a major energy slash...I'd get tired very very fast, not to mention im starting to feel much more sore than before. Today i took 3 scoops 30min before workout since i am 225lbs so figure i shoudl up it some. Still found myself loosing energy a very fast rate. Normally i could go on for very long time, and would have to force myself to stop to avoid overtraining. Anyone else get this..? I don't eat for 45 b4 taking the NO-xplode, then i hit gym 30 min after it,, after gym i take 2 scoops of ON 100%whey gold standard and 2-4 cups of milk as protein shake..
Any suggestions to what i should alter, or did this happen to anyone else?

I tried NO-Xplode a while back during the summer and didn't like it much... It made me sick to my stomach, as a lot of creatine/NO2 products seem to do. Overall, I like Xpand, Energized Xpand, and VNS Jacked the best of any NO2/creatine product, but I'm not taking any of them right now. Even the Xpand stuff makes me sick to my stomach about 10-15 minutes into my workout. If I remember correctly, VNS didn't do that.

Stop taking it if you think it is causing the problem.

Try not eating for like 1-2hours before taking it. It say to take on an empty stomach. I dont eat solid foods for 3 hours before and have a shake 30-45 minnutes before taking it. That works really good. BTW im 6'2" 195

At first i didn't notice a big change when i was using 2 scoops, but when i changed it to 3-3.5... it worked like a charm. Since you've tried 3 scoops, why not try a different blend?

See thing is my body tends not to respond to any sort of supplement besides anabolic and shit. Ive tried all types of creatine except CEE, 2 180cap n02 bottles non of it did anything. I was taking it right and all but body just doesnt respond to it. I need something new cuz for now id like to say im running natural bb...considering nothing worked...

Yeah, way too young to dive into the world of Prohormones. What other Creatine/NO products have you tried in the past?

That is how the game is played. There aren't any magic supplements that will yeild great gains. If you are truly dedicated to your diet and training you may find the gains may not be as slow as you originally thought. There are steroids but you are too young for that anyways. Wait a few years for that if you want to get into that kind of thing.

I tried No-Xplode and then 2-Methyl 13-c by iron-tek found the pumps and energy levels much better but thats me personally it tastes like shit but its only one scoop instead of 3 also its more like a 15 minute wait insted of 30-45 min from no-xplode. Currently i drink a bottle of Methyl Speed also made by Iron-Tek wich i find great beacuse it gives me the energy to lift soild thorugh my workout i also weigh in at 225 and ive been drinking a bottle right before each workout and the effects are the same everytime just a few suggestions

Have you tried Creatine Ethyl Ester (CEE)? It makes some Mono non-responders, responders.

I'd order online if I were you as opposed to GNC. A much larger selection to choose from, in addition to reputable companies.

Have to wait for product to be shipped when ordering online, plus no return policy like gnc or vitamin world has, if the product does not work for you.

If NO-Xplode is making you sick, stay away from CEE. Stuff is like battery acid.

No problem. I know my stomach can be sensitive at times, especially first thing in the a.m., empty. Somedays when the CEE hit my stomach, I was at the toilet within 10 minutes.
