    Creatine: Water Issue

I am currently drinking at least 64oz(probably way more) a day, but during my workouts is the problem. I never get thirsty during my workouts(drink less than a water bottle 16oz). When working out does drinking more water help you lift more or anything or does it not matter as long as im drinking enough water a day? I drank more water during my workouts using FASTTWITCH but thats only cause it left a taste in my mouth. Your thoughts?

BTW, i currently take NOXCG3 and cellmass along with vitamins.

I never did drink that much during a work-out.

As long as you're getting adequate water through-out the day I think you're fine.
