    protein in MRP's question

Hi all, just wondering if the protein in a MRP is just as good as taking a protein only shake? ( eg. Myoplex deluxe 53g protein vs.something like ON whey) Is a MRP ok to use as a PWO shake? Thanks!

This, from what i understand, will allow for the fastest absorption. The MRPs contains fats which slow down absoprtion... which is wht you dont want immediately after training.
I love it when a plan comes together.
