Weird pains from taking Lipo 6

    HI guys,

I am wondering if anyone would understand or know about Lipo 6? It tells us to take a capsule 30 minutes before a meal or before exercise. SO I took it before exercise, and 10 minutes into it I had started getting side and abdomine pain. It felt like I was doing 100 intense crunches. I was running on the treadmill when I felt this pain.

So I am wondering if that is a good sign that it is working and maybe I'm burning more fat in a shorter period of time, or is it a bad sign that it's eating into my muscles or something as I work out?

Has anyone else experiensed this from taking fat loss pill? I just want to make sure that what I'm feeling is normal and that it is working. I figure the famous line in saying "no pain, no gain".

    Thanks for your help!!!

I don't think it is normal to be feeling pain from a diet pill. Maybe you pulled something on the treadmill? If it continues, then I'd suggest getting off of it before it can do any serious damage.

    Yes

I know it is because I just started taking it a couple days ago and today was the first time I took it before a workout and I felt this pain I never felt while running on a treadmill. I know it was from Lipo 6. So I guess maybe I shouldn't take it before a workout. I suppose I could try talking it after the workout to see if that will help. But will it be as effective if I do it that way?

Don't worry, that's just your insides eating itself from the toxicity of Lipo 6. Pretty soon your muscles will crumble and your intestines will be eroded, and it won't hurt anymore.

Just fucking with you dude. Never heard of that happening before.

No, it was my second day on it, so it was my third dose.

Well, there is no way it is due to increased fat burning or anything of that nature. What other Thermo's have you tried before? Was it like a nauseating pain?

No, the pain felt like a pain that would happen if I were doing a 100 crunches and disregarded the intanse pain in my sides and abs.

I've been on the ECA stack before without any pains. But anyway, this morning I didn't take any Lipo before my workout and then I took a dose afterward and I seem fine, but I just don't want to keep doing this way with less results. Maybe I should eat something before the workout and take the Lipo 6 at the same time. That may help. What do you think?

I've read quite a few reports of people saying they feel like absolute crap on lipo-6 actually. Cant recall any saying they had stomach trouble though.
