    fat burning supplements

How many of you guys/girls use fat burning supplements while on a cut? If so, which ones do you use? How efficient do you find them to do be? Any adverse effects from them? Thanks.

I've used quite a few in my time.

    Best: Melting Point, easy.

Best stim: probably EC, or E + basic cuts (although i can't really recommend ephedrine).

    Honorable mentions to:

I have used Lipo 6, AMP, Scorch, LipidFx, Sesathin, EC, and Red Acid. I had the most success by far with LipidFx, which contains Tetradecyl Thioacetic Acid (TTA) just like Melting Point; however, at much less quantity. Needless to say, I'm looking very forward to trying Melting Point. I'd definitely suggest that you try it too.

I've tried hydroxy cut, lipo 6 and lean fuel extreme. hydroxycut did nothing. Lean fuel extreme only suceeded in replacing my morning coffee, i never felt or noticed any results. Lipo 6 did a good job of supressing my appetite making it easier to cut.

I stacked Hydroxycut and CLA before, but with very little results. I'm interested in trying melting point after some of these replies though.

I have some thermal rage. I have to high-dose it to feel much of it.

I think i prefer Durablast by the same company (prima). No stimulation really, but i definately found an enduring effect from it when training.
