How old are you, and you are strictly looking for fat loss, correct? By the way, you are currently taking 2 products that I really hate.Originally Posted by dblock

greetings again All. I am in need of some assistance or advice. I am currently taking Lipo-6 (off and on) and NO-Xplode. My Ultimate goal is to shed some excess weight off and try to become more lean and chiseled. I have been doing alot of reading and I notice many people using Wehy protein. Isnt this going to put on more unwanted pounds? I am currently 235lb, and I was 250 in October. I have been lifting on and off got many years (since High school). Anyway, what I am really asking is if there is a group of different product that any of you knowledgable people could recommend.
the assitance is really appreciated.

Products you hate because? I have done my research on them and to be honest, I have not had any side effects. I have done one cycle of both, and the results were pretty good. I jsut started my second cycle of them last week. I want to focus mainly on fat loss for right now. I am trying to find information on "CUTTING" but for some reason, I cant get a clear and "straight to the point" definition of what it is. I eat 5-6 times a day, and I have plenty of fruits, nuts (almond, walnuts) in my diet. I stay away from most of the junk food. I have even tried some of the recipes that I have seen on here. If you would like, I could post my workout on here. One of these days, I will start a journal...
"Cutting" is eating below your daily maintenance of calories. You decide the number. Obviously, the lower you go under maintenance, the faster you'll lose fat, and muscle. The choice is yours. Thermos, I'd recommend AMP, Scorch, and Basic Cuts. For fat loss, Melting Point and maybe even Sesamin. Sesamin did not work for me, but maybe it will for you.Originally Posted by dblock

What would the average 30 year old, weight training/body builder caloric intake be? I did read and understand the idea of losing muscle and fat, but losing comes at a price. if I cant get down to 215-220, I would be much happier. I have dreams of entering a competition, but I need to get a grasp on the idea of bodybuilding before I make that committment.

please discuss the diet in the diet/nutrition forum.
