What is this?

It seems similiar to 4derm, made by the same company and having a similiar description. Is it a replacement to the actual 4derm or is it something else?

No, its not a prohormone. It is an aromatase inhibitor.
Its the same active found in Rebound XT, only you rub it on your skin.Being held down by The Man
