I've never heard anything about Creatine causing cancer... and I find it highly doubtful that it would. If so pretty much everyone in BB would have Cancer :P

Side Affects? Mild Dehydration is possible... you just need to consume more water when you start taking Creatine. And dont take too much, taking 100g a day isnt a smart thing, stick between 5-20g a day IMO.

Creatine does not cause cancer...that is misinformation and false propaganda! That French study was pure bull!

If I take too much creatine (like, 10g in one day), I fart a lot. Maybe farting causes cancer?

farting really bad will get you kicked out of the bedroom, but that was after too many beers though.

I think it will cause death from asphyxiation or clubbing from your spouse rather than cancer. My farts smell so bad, the dog will get up and leave.

I grew up on a hog farm and our waste lagoon didn't smell as bad as the airs that I emit. And it lingers for hours......

creatine can cause dehydration, and kidney failure w/ continued dehydration... this would be over like 5-10 years of continued use however

As long as you are taking in sufficient liquids every day, you will never suffer from dehydration related to creatine use.
