Best creatine for a 15 year old

What creatine would you recommend for a 6'2 172lb 15 year old? I take whey protein along with fish oil.

I would just eat lots. At 15 you are going to grow if you eat enough without any creatine or any other suppliments. Personally I wouldn't waste the money.

Im currently on cell tech right now. The thing i dont like about it is all the sugar. And Iv heard it is monohydrate is outdated by the new from of creatine CEE.

None!!!! No way a 15 year needs anything more than a good diet, whey and a multi vitamin/mineral.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

You don't need creatine at your age. Just stick with the multi, fish oil, great diet, and whey protein.

BSN CellMass and ThermoLife Cre2 are good CEE supplements but creatine mono is not outdated. For many people creatine mono like SAN V-12 or CellTech work just as good or better than CEE.

I don't think Creatine Monohydrate is outdated. It really is just a matter of opinion. Creatine Monohydrate is still the creatine with the most studies behind it. But supplements only do so much for you, proper training and diet is essential. You should be eating more than what you normally eat if you want to gain muscle.
