Wow! So, you are working each muscle 3 times per week? That's quite a bit. I work each muscle one time per week.

I understand you're in school, but that does not tell me what you eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? Also, you could invest in some protein bars to add a couple more feedings while at school.

You need to be eating at least 5 times per day every 3 hours, 6 times would be better, and you need to be consuming at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

Okay, so you're over training, and you're not eating enough, that is why you're not seeing any results.

You need to reduce the work-outs, and start eating 5-6 times per day.
