    What is better, soft gel/gel Multi-Vitamin, or Tablet Multi-Vitamin?

    Actually people always argue about it.

    Some dude in vitamin world swore that gels were not absorbed by the body because when you pee it comes out yellow, which must mean none of the vitamins were absorbed by the body...

    Your body will get rid of excess water soluble vits thru pee. The yellow colour is from the B vits.

    I favor gels. Liquid caps I'm pretty sure absorb faster, although whole pills eventually get the same absorbtion but just over a longer duration.

    If you can get the liquid caps, I'd say go for it. Probably a shorter shelf life but better effects.

    The multivitamin I take is a pill though...

    Yeah, thats bull. I think all multi's can potentailly make your pee more yellow. I know Opti-men did for me and it is not a gel capsule
