I'm cutting at the moment so it's only a Multi, and some Fish Oil. I also take some vitamin B tablets, but that's more for my concentration, hehe.

Currently cutting (Bulk soon): Lost 43 kilos (94.6 lb) since March of 2005. Current BF%: ~12.5 - 14%

sgt, i say u take one step at a time, meaning...
either cut the fat, or build the muscle, or do both VERY slowly (which is what im kind of doing right now)
u can either take the at burner and cut, or take the maximum or whatever and bulk/build muscle, OR no fatburner but maximum and a whey (ON's 100% whey) and build msucle slowly while keeping the fat low/lower. Use the whey post workout with some carbs, I use one tablespoon of dextrose and one banana.

It's just a complex B-Vitamin.

Quote:

A high-quality vitamin B complex supplement will provide, in one convenient pill, a full range of B vitamins, including biotin, choline, folic acid, inositol, PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid), and the six "numbered" B vitamins--vitamin B-1 (thiamin), B-2 (riboflavin), B-3 (niacin), B-5 (pantothenic acid), B-6 (pyridoxine), and B-12 (cobalamin). Combination products can simplify the process of taking individual B vitamins for a range of ailments including alcoholism, depression, diabetes, hair problems, lupus, multiple sclerosis, and stress.
Pretty much all that. It's good for my stress levels (I'm a uni student).

A mens multi by Cenovis. I believe it's an Australian product.
