year round i take the following. this week I toned it down alot as far as doses are concerned.
AAKG: 4g 3 times a day(wake,post,bed)
glutamine: 5g 4 times a day_wake.pre.post,bed)
fish oil caps: 6 caps twice daily(pre,bed)
BCAA powder: 10g 3 times a day(bed,pre,post)
creatine monohydrate: 5g 2 times a day(pre, post)
taurine: 5g 2 times a day(pre,post)
whey protein: 2 scoops = 45g protein, ( 2 scoops, 3 x a day)
casein(30-40g at bed)
flax seed. 2 tbsp a day
animal pak vitamin, 2 paks a day
