    Lipo-6

This is my 3rd day of taking Lipo-6 in combination with a very strick healthy diet.
I've taken 2 pills/day for first 2 days. 1 in morning 1 afternoon. Into the 3rd day now, taking 4pills/day 2 in morning 2 in afternoon for the next month. So far I've felt my appetite dim down a lot. I can finally make smart choices about food all the time, without the tempting cravings messing up my diet. I've felt leaner since the 2nd day. Started out at 229lbs mid day with water in me, 221.0 yesterday rite afterwaking up, 220.2 today. Hope it keeps decreasing daily so i can reach my goal of 210-216lbs and slash my BF % down alot. I still keep my water intake high, so hopefully losses will be for the majority fat and not all water. Doing 30 minutes cardio each day after my workout, with 1-2 rest days in a week.
Plan on posting my results for the entire duration of the bottle.
I am cutting down before a cycle of Halodrol, is this recommended or no? I am still getting approx same protein in my body that i usualy do, except my fats and carbs(excessive carbs I had) are lowered.
Plan on starting Haldrol -50 about 1-2 days after bottle of Lipo-6 is used up, at which point im goign to increase my protein intake by about 50% to ensure good results from halodrol.

Sorry for the long read, and look forward to posting more results as well as reading your comments.

I've went from 250lbs to 185 in lil over 2 months b4 Diet was too strict, and did loose alot of muslce...but that was b4 i knew anything. After that i slowly got down to 169lbs at 6'4" still over the next 2 months. Then started eating a lot more and got into bodybuilding for the next year and half. Now stand at 221lbs. I know lot of it is going to be water weight, but im hoping to at least look more lean during the duration of this lipo-6 + great dieting+ cardio period.

Btw 229 was with shoes and gym shorts + tshirt..221 was with no shoes just boxers + beater so that would explain the drastic difference in weight.

ditto, everything you've lost so far is water, it'll take a couple of weeks for you to start noticing losses in bodyfat
