Am I getting enough BCAAs and Glutamine from my ON Pro Complex?

I take four scoops of ON Pro Complex through the day (waking, preworkout, postworkout, and at another meal) and my question is if the amount of BCAAs and glutamine is sufficient enough to warrant not taking more BCAAs and glutamine, seperately? The nutritional profile on the bottle says that it contains 8g of glutamine and precursors per serving, and 13g of BCAAs. (note that four scoops only equates to TWO total servings). Is that sufficient for my BCAAs and glutamine for the day, or should I continue to supplement with them seperately? Previously I had used GNC L-glutamine which has 5g per serving. I'm not a huge GNC fan, but the price was right for the amount. Is there another product of higher quality (obviously) that provides a similar amount for a decent price? If I don't need it, then I won't worry about it, but I was just curious. Thanks for the advice.

If you also have a healthy diet, then I would say you do not need to supplement more BCAAs or L-glut.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I agree. I also use Pro Complex as my main source of BCAA's and L-Glutamine
