I like vitargo CGL, or mix your own creatine mono or ethyl ester in vitargo powder. good ones are
universal brand-storm
san brand-v12 turbo
optimum brand-pure mono powder
bsn brand- cell mass
I usually just use 5g monohydrate pre and post workout.
tho i am soon to be trying CEE, never used it for a cycle, tried it for a wee konce then went off.These are my dreams, which I must make reality!
