    creatine?????????????????????????

    there is always something new out there.i was wondering,if anybody has tried some new creatine product.that thinks it works better than the rest.

    XCEED is an excellent choice because what you see is what you get. No hiding behind a proprietary blend, adequate dosing of all ingredients, and great feedback. For those who like to complain about the flavor of CEE, XCEED tastes amazing as well.

    I like vitargo CGL, or mix your own creatine mono or ethyl ester in vitargo powder. good ones are

    universal brand-storm
    san brand-v12 turbo
    optimum brand-pure mono powder
    bsn brand- cell mass


    I usually just use 5g monohydrate pre and post workout.

    tho i am soon to be trying CEE, never used it for a cycle, tried it for a wee konce then went off.
