    Vince,

just check out the ingredient profile on Xceed. Hey! We actually tell you exact, and include sufficent amounts of each ingredient in Xceed. How cool is that? Another thing you'll notice is that there are not unnecessary products in Xceed to make it look flashy or to trick you with a super secret proprietary blend. Also, I have not heard of a user who has complained of the taste. That is definitely a plus considering there are some nasty tasting CEE products out there.

    Supplement Facts:

Serving Size: 1 Scoop (8 Grams)
    Servings Per Container: 45

    Amount Per Serving:

    Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl: 3g
    Di-Arginine Malate: 3g
    L-Taurine: 1g
    Glucuronolactone: 1g

    Other Ingredients:
Citric Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Citrate, Aspartame, Sucralose, and Acesulfame K.

Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 - 2 servings per day. Take one serving 30 minutes prior to workout, and take one serving at least 6 hours before or after the first serving.

Either pre or post is fine. It just depends on you. I have seen studies that suggest the importance of creatine post as opposed to preworkout. Then I have seen studies that suggest both times. I guess its just what you believe. Most people take the Xceed preworkout, though.
