Doubt it. From what I read Creatine doesn't last too long in the digestive process.
Unused creatine is $ lost.
For the past week I have been supplementing almost daily with creatine. However, for various reasons I have not been able to work out at all. For the past few days I have been experiencing a tangy taste in my mouth. It stays no matter what I eat or drink. Could this be an indication that the unused creatine is metabolizing into creatinine? Are there any serious side effects of unused creatine? I have started the use of creatine for the first time three weeks ago at 5 grams per day.

I do not know what the tangy taste is about, but it is not "unused creatine." The excess will simply be excreted.
