    All the Whey

If anyone has ordered from ATW, do you know if I will get a UPS tracking number when my order is shipped? I will be highly dissapointed if I don't.

You should... Although it took a while for me to get mine. I ordered mine on the 5th and didn't get it until the 20th of this month... I didn't get the tracking # until the 16th.

So far I am very dissapointed with their service. I sent one email to customer service and one to order service and haven't got a response in over 3 days. I also noticed they subtracted money from my account before they actually shipped my order. Not impressed at all...

Well I thought it was common practice to not subtract until the order is shipped. I am sure that can be automated as well.

They are HUGE retailers and have a massive staff, for small online businesses the online credit card transaction is an automated process, sure you could set it so it just authorizes and then you manually process the charge later, but that would be tedious for a "small" retailer.

Either way this argument is silly, send an email to Laura: wheystation@aol.com
