    Athletic Gains and Training

I am 18 years old, a pitcher looking to develop great increases in size strength and power throughout the midsection, abdominal, down to lower body section, (hamstrings, quads) I perform a hardy workout routine, with one problem. I have only been working out for 4 weeks. With this in mind, i want to find a supplement that will truely beneift me. Price is not an issue. I could stack as well. I would like quick gains in strength and noticable muscle size increase.

    I am 5'11'' 175 lbs.

    bench - 195
    squat - 315
    power clean - 175
    deadlift - 335

I would like increases as quick as possible such as..

    bench - 225
    squat - 365-385
    power clean 200-215
    dead lift - 380+

I have a training program with the dedicatio in which i can achieve the goals in due time. Once again, im looking for a supplement(s) that will drastically aid me in this goal.

    Very simple:

    Whey
    Multi
    Fish Oil

If you want alittle something extra look into Creatine(CEE)

If your a pitcher I'd watch the weight lifting. You don't want to bulk up your shoulders.
