Clen while slow bulking..
I am trying to slowly gain muscle mass. I am steadily adding weight on lifts and body weight, but trying not to go too fast. I am at what I would guess is 12-13% bf? I can, and always have, completely been able to see my lower and upper abs and all divisions of them to some degree, however I can grab about 1-1.5cm thickness near my navel with my fingers.
Anyway, doing cardio a few times a week on a short on/off clen cycle tapered up to about 80mcg a day... could I shed some fat at a slow steady pace, while still gaining some muscle due to a clean (as much as possible) diet and clen's anti-catabolic effect? |

I think you should either bulk or cut, not both.

ive never been a fan of cutting or bulking, i like to supply my body with the normal amount of food and keep it as clean as possible, if i need to lose a little weight i cut back, if i need to gain ill eat a little more, i dont like putting my body into negative calorie or positive calorie intake for longer than a few weeks

I also think T-3 and clen are very over rated....they are only good when you are 9% body fat or less.....so just usefull for contest prep IMO. |

You can likely make slow gains and lose a little fat on a very clean diet and good exercise program at your age. Clen will definitley interfer with your ability to make gains, though.
