Expected loss after one stops taking Creatine

i had been taking creatine for about 3-4 months and decided to try cycling it, three months on, one off. i have been off for about one month and it seems as if i am gradually getting weaker and weaker. everytime i lift i go down about one rep than what i did the previous time. is this expected? if it is, is there anything i can do to keep my strength levels at least the same, until i start taking creatine again?

No need to cycle the Creatine. Pick up some Bulk CEE and take it ED.

that is a highly debatable issue though

after a while the desensitization must become more severe and more severe, doesn't it?

Supplements shouldn't be your major point of strength. Sounds kind of weird.

Yeah, generally when you stop gaining its time to take a break. Regardless though, I like 4-6 weeks on, then 3 weeks off.
